Become an Exhibitor or Sponsor and present your products or services to participants and speakers and discuss them with them.

STANDARD SERVICES
We offer following Exhibition/Sponsoring Packages - each package includes as standard:
- Lunch and refreshments during the event
- Participation in the social event with dinner
- Maximum dimensions of the exhibition stand: 2 * 3 metres
- 1 table, 2 chairs and power connection
- Contact person from the organiser on site
- 20% discount on the regular fee for additional participants
- Mention on the website
BASIC PACKAGE (Cost: 2,900 EUR + VAT)
Included in the package in addition to the standard:
- 1 person as stand personnel (does not include participation in the conference)
SILVER PACKAGE (Costs: 3,900 EUR + VAT)
Included in the package in addition to the standard:
- Named as a SILVER SPONSOR and logo in all conference-specific print and online media
- Coffee Break Sponsorship
- 1 person as conference participant
GOLD PACKAGE (Costs: 5,900 EUR + VAT)
Included in the package in addition to the standard:
- Named as a GOLD SPONSOR and logo in all conference-specific print and online media
- Lanyard Sponsorship (have to be delivered in due time before the event)
- 1 person as conference participant
PREMIUM PACKAGE (Costs: 6,900 EUR + VAT)
Included in the package in addition to the standard:
- Named as a PREMIUM SPONSOR and logo in all conference-specific print and online media
- Welcome Reception Sponsoring on the evening before
- 2 persons as conference participant
SPONSORSHIPS
Notepads & Pens
Will be laid out by the organiser on each table for speakers and participants. The notepads and pens have to be delivered in due time before the event.
Cost: 1,800.- EUR
Conference Bags
Each speaker and participant will receive one bag upon registration. The conference bags have to be delivered in due time before the event.
Cost: 1,800.- EUR
Social Event
The social event offers participants and speakers the opportunity to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere on the evening of the first day of the event. As a Sponsor, your company will be mentioned with logo in the opening presentation. Your logo will also be printed on the menu cards for the social event which are laid out on the tables. Only one company can book this exclusive package.
Cost: 5,000.- EUR
